Royal Mail Group are attempting to destroy your jobs, terms, conditions, and your union.

The company have tabled an offer today which if implemented would rip up every single major agreement that protects you in the workplace, turn Royal Mail into a gig economy style employer, and leave you without any form of effective representation.

Tomorrow and Friday are the two most important strike days in the history of the CWU. To put it bluntly, we all now have a choice to make. You are either with Simon Thompson and his destructive and reckless plan, or you are with your colleagues, your friends, and your union.

Tonight at 7:30pm we must deliver the biggest online meeting of any trade union in the history of our movement. At that meeting we will set out why it is so important for you to continue to support the strike action. We will also set out exactly how Royal Mail’s plans would impact on you and your colleagues.
