Royal Mail have chosen to give away workload in Parcel Force to one of its main competitors Hermes/Evri in expectation of industrial action.

This is the clearest indication that there is no intention from the business to avoid strike action through mutual agreement.

They are literally choosing to pay a rival business to deliver workload over reaching a fair pay deal and protecting terms and conditions of their own workforce. Now is the time to fight for the future of our industry with everything we have.
